Why we use it

Who else receives it

Hosting, email, payment and parcel partners only receive what they need for their part of the order. Payment providers show their own notices at checkout when those methods are used.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting and consumer rules require. Enquiry messages are kept long enough to finish the conversation and any follow-up dispute window.
