Who can buy from PortVape?
Shops, distributors and individual consumers in the European Union.
What is the minimum order?
10 units per product, unless a product page states otherwise.
Where do orders ship from?
France or Spain for most EU cartons. China holds deeper stock when those nodes need it. We allocate from live inventory and name the origin on the dispatch email.
How long does delivery take?
From France or Spain: typically 2–7 days after dispatch (near lanes often 2–5 days). From China: typically 8–15 days after dispatch. Most confirmed EU orders leave France or Spain within 1–3 working days once stock is allocated.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
EUR and USD. Methods include bank transfer, credit card, Trustly, Bancontact, BLIK, PayU and Alipay. What appears at checkout depends on your country and currency.
How do I cancel or report damage?
Cancel within 48 hours if the carton has not left the warehouse for a full refund. After dispatch, report loss or damage within 48 hours of the carrier exception. Full rules are on the Returns Policy page.
