Shipping & Delivery

European orders leave from our France or Spain nodes. China holds deeper stock when those nodes need it. Checkout does not ask you to pick a warehouse — we allocate from live inventory and name the origin on the dispatch email.

DDP

On covered EU lanes, goods ship DDP from France or Spain stock. Import duty for those lanes is handled on our side. There is no separate freight line at checkout on covered DDP orders. Routes outside that set need a quote first via the Contact page.

Timing

France or Spain: after stock is allocated, most confirmed orders leave within 1–3 working days. Door times after dispatch are typically 2–7 days, depending on lane and carton size. Near lanes often arrive in about 2–5 days.

China: after dispatch, typical EU door time is 8–15 days, depending on the line and carton size.

Carriers and tracking

France and Spain cartons usually move on DPD-class parcel or EU road freight. China cartons use international express or economy lines suited to the size. Tracking is emailed shortly after the carrier scan; the message names the carrier.

Loss or damage in transit

Report a lost or damaged carton within 48 hours of the carrier exception. Refund and replacement rules are on the Returns Policy page.
